Day 01: arrive at Tangier:

Upon your arrival time at the airport of ports of Tangier, our driver will be at your disposal waiting to catch you and start your dream tour of Morocco. Once we meet you, we pick you up and start our private sightseeing tour to explore the old medina of Tangier, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean coast as well as to wander the labyrinthine streets of the Medina, see crumbling colonial architecture, and go to the legendary caves of Hercules and Spartel Cap.

Our walk will be dedicated to explore the main attractions of the cosmopolitan city of Tangier. The journey will take us from bustling markets of the old medina to historic caves. We will start our sightseeing with a drive to Malabata Cape (East Tangier) for a great orientation view of the city. Look over at Europe on one side and Africa on the other. Our next stop will be Spartel Cape (West Tangier), which is considered the most northwesterly point of Africa, and where the Atlantic Ocean joins the Mediterranean. The Caves of Hercules are also among our list to visit in Tangier. According to legend, the caves were once the home of Hercules, who created the Straits of Gibraltar with a single blow of hand. In addition, we will also cover the old face of the city, starting with the Kasbah, where artists and writers have gathered for centuries. Furthermore, we will discover the Archaeological Museum before walking through the colorful streets of the Medina to Mendoubia ‘delegation’ Gardens, Saint Andrews Church, and to experience the electric atmosphere of the Berber market of Sidi Bouabid. We will have lunch at one of the restaurants before we walk you back to the hotel. Overnight in Tangier.

Day 02: Tangier – Rabat:

Right after you enjoy your lovely Moroccan breakfast, we meet you at the reception of the hotel by 08am. We leave Tangier and drive for Rabat which is the actual capital and one of four imperial cities in Morocco. The city is famous for domes, minarets, sweeping terraces, wide avenues, and green spaces. Our drive will take us via Larache which is actually, both Andalusian and Arab town on the Atlantic coast. Once we arrive at Rabat, we will cover the main historical attractions such as: The picturesque Oudaya Kasbah, Hassan Tower, The Mausoleum of Mohamed V, and the Chela Necropolis where the Roman and Islamic ruins lie side by side whispering endless stories of the past centuries. When we finish with Rabat sightseeing, we check for our hotel where to spend overnight.

Day 03: Rabat – Chefchaouen (blue pearl):

After our breakfast at the hotel/riad, our assistant will meet you at the lobby and get ready to leave Chefchaouen for Fez. Our authentic journey will start towards the Roman ruins of Volubilis crossing the Rif mountains via the town of Ouazzan as well as small villages nestled beneath the green breath-taking mountains. Once in volubilis, we will discover the roman ruins and learn about the archeological facts of the site and the old Moroccan history.

Following our time at the site, we will shift our direction to Meknes; one of fourth imperial cities in Morocco. We will have lunch in Meknes before we go for the sightseeing of the old medina. We will hang around the historical huge walls of the medina, Bab Mansour Gate and enjoy a visit of Moulay Ismail’s shrine. Our journey will end up in Fez. Overnight in a charming Riad/Hotel.

Day 04: Fez sightseeing:

After breakfast in the Riad, we meet you at the reception and start exploring the oldest city in Morocco, walking via its alleys and small streets. The walking tour of fez is divided into two parts, the internal and external side. We will start with the external part in which we will try to visit the most historical monuments: The Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarter, the first Melah ever built in Morocco, built during the 16th century, the pottery and Zellij tilework… Additionally, during the internal part of our walk, we will ensure to cover all sites with cultural and historical interests including the famous Al Karaouine University, the oldest in the region, the Tanneries, the Attarin Museum and Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. After lunch, we carry on exploring more sites walking through the narrow alleys of this labyrinthic medina. Around 03pm we will get back to our hotel.

Day 05: Fez – Ifran – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga:

After having breakfast in your hotel/Riad, your private driver/guide will take you for a journey of a lifetime experience. Today will allow us to explore different landscapes travelling past Ifrane, where houses have sloping roofs, remarkable and unusual in Morocco. This is to cope with yearly snowfall. Our journey continues with a drive through the UNESCO preserved Cedar Forest of the Middle Atlas. The forest hosts a colony of endangered Barbary Apes which you might see and feed. From here we drive south of the Middle Atlas passing through Timhadite until we reach Midelt, which lies at the foot of Ayachi Mountains. It is nicknamed ‘the apple capital’ and serves as the commercial agricultural Centre for the surrounding area. It is also one of Morocco’s principal cities of several minerals, such as quartz and vanadinite…we stop for lunch here in one of the local restaurants. Later on, we will continue further south travelling over the Tizi N’ Talghamt pass known as the ‘camel’ pass. We carry on with our trip passing via remote mud villages scattered along the road, then we descend through Ziz Valley, which is particularly known for its palm grove. The fascinating valley of Ziz provides us with a great picturesque view. We will arrive in Erfoud, famous for its date and fossils. Finally, we arrive at the red Erg Chebbi dunes of Merzouga. Overnight in a typical charming hotel.

Day 06: Sahara Desert tour & desert camp:

A visit to Morocco without being in the Sahara Desert and a camel ride is definitely incomplete, therefore, today will fully be dedicated just to the desert area. We will have a unique opportunity to visit Gnaoua village “Black people” originally from Mali, Niger…. They will entertain us with their authentic instruments. After spending a worthwhile moment with Gnaoua; we drive deep in the Desert for a panoramic view that shows the contrast of golden dunes with black volcanic rocks. Later on, a cup of tea with a nomad family is worth it in order to explore the way they survive and feel the harshness of life and what it feels like to be a nomad. We follow our path to an abandoned coal mine. After that, we will drive to the village of Merzouga for lunch. Additionally, we make our way to the hotel to collect luggage and get ready for our camel ride adventure. The dromedaries will take us across Erg Chebbi dunes enjoying the sceneries of the area. The sunset view on top of the dunes will be the best experience ever. Arrive at the camp in the middle of dunes, we receive you with a cup of tea as hospitality. Dinner and breakfast will be served in your luxury camp. The tents are well equipped with all needs.

Day 07: Merzouga – Sijilmasa – Todra Gorges – Rose Valley – Skoura:

Wake up early in the morning to attend and enjoy a spectacular sunrise, when the color of the dunes and the play of shadows are an awesome sight. Set up over the dunes, waiting for the sun to rise and meanwhile feel the cold morning breeze are feelings you will not find elsewhere but here in the Desert. After so, you have your yummy breakfast and get ready to leave the Desert for Skoura. We will pick you up with a 4×4 jeep to meet the driver and head off to our next destination. Our journey will lead us to drive via a number of villages and towns along the road. Not far away from Merzouga, we will stop in Sijilmasa which is one of the oldest cities in Morocco. If our trip coincides with the day market of the town (Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday), a visit is worth it. Later on, we go ahead with our adventure to Todra Gorges, a paradise site for rock climbers and hikers. We will stop at the site to explore its high cliffs. Subsequently, we will follow our passion towards our destination Skoura driving through Dades and Rose Valley. Rose valley is famous for producing different products of rose such as: rose water, rose cream, and rose oil…we carry on our trip to Skoura oasis where to spend overnight in one of its riads.

Day 08: Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhdou Kasbah – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech:

Right after your breakfast at the hotel/Riad, we meet you at the lobby by 8am and start our adventure to the red city Marrakech. We will drive via the city of Ouarzazate where to stop to take pictures of Kasbah Taourirt. After doing so, we take our direction towards the Kasbah Ait Benhadou. This latter is a UNESCO heritage and is a chosen backdrop for many Hollywood movies such as Kingdom of Heaven, Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves… It is an iconic vestige that will take us back to the ancient eras of the country, the time of salt and gold trade… our trip continues to Marrakech via the enormous landscape of Atlas Mountains. Along the drive we pass through the windy road with an altitude of 2260m. We will stop on the road for lovely panoramic views. Late afternoon, we arrive at Marrakech, drop you off at the hotel.

Day 09: Tour in Marrakech:

Today we provide you with a very interesting Tour itinerary, covering the highlights of Marrakech city on a half-day walking trip. During our journey, we will explore Marrakech Medina with an informative Tour guide. Get an opportunity to learn about the local history, architecture, food & culture while walking through the narrow streets of the old town Medina.

Again, we will ensure to explore the old city of Marrakech with its labyrinthine streets, famous markets, visit the famous Bahia Palace, a beautifully decorated palace full of enchanting inner rooms and elaborate mosaic walls. Subsequently, we will walk through the Jewish Quarter, with distinctly different architecture from the rest of the medina, and discover the incredible Saadian tombs, and then see the Koutoubia Mosque, an icon of Marrakech and a point of orientation for tourists. Later on, we head to the world-famous Jamaa el Fna square with its countless orange juice stands, snake charmers, traditionally-garbed water sellers and henna women. Enjoy a refreshing midday pause on one of the terraces with a panoramic view and take in the sights of the colorful crowds below. Free afternoon to walk the city on your own.

Day 10: Explore Marrakech surroundings:

Today will be spent in Marrakech to explore more of that the city has to offer.

Day 11: Marrakech – Essaouira:

Essaouira is a coastal town located on the Atlantic shore. It is 170km far from Marrakech and can be visited within a day trip. The city was firstly established by Berbers, then it was a settlement base for Phoenician traders before it got invaded by Portuguese troops in the 15th century. The city is a rich area in term of culture and civilization. It is also an escape from the bustle and hustle of big cities thanks to its nice weather all year around.

In the morning we meet you in the reception going into a very fantastic nice trip to explore the sceneries of “Mogador” Essaouira. Along the road we will see a lot of Argan trees and goats climbing the trees. In order to have idea about the process of making argan oil, we will stop in women argan cooperative “optional”. During this tour you explore the old fortified fishing port of Essaouira on the Atlantic coast. This Morocco-Portuguese town is the favorite of wind and kite surfers due to the shallow waters. Essaouira is typical of many small fortified Moroccan townships. In the past it was considered to be one of the most essential ports in Morocco, and still in certain manners. Day 12: Free day in Essaouira:

Today is entirely to be dedicated to explore more of this lovely coastal town. Essaouira, a small seaside town that attracts surfers, travelers and history lovers. Formerly known as Mogador because of the Portuguese establishment in the 16th century, Essaouira has its own walled medina, amazing cuisine and a vibrant atmosphere that is very distinct. It has something special to offer for all its visitors. You can walk through the vibrant colorful alleys to enjoy the local lifestyle. If you are sunset-sunrise lover, Essaouira is the right spot for you. For adventure lovers, Essaouira is also known for kite and wind surf. Overnight in Essaouira.

Day 13: Essaouira – Oualidia:

Morocco is not just winding souks and desert dunes. It is also over 1200 miles of coastline running along the Atlantic Ocean all the way to the Mediterranean. Along the coast, charming former harbors, busy fishing ports and picturesque beach towns abound. Many Coastal towns are still to get uncovered. The town of Oualidia is among the most popular domestic tourist destinations in Morocco. Thus, our trip is taking us there as well.

At the time of your choice, we get ready to leave Essaouira and drive for El Oualidia. Our journey will take us down the picturesque coastal road enjoying the views and green landscape until we arrive at our destination El Oualidia, a serene fishing village, spread along the southern shores of a natural seawater lagoon, flanked by a Kasbah built-in 1634 by Sultana El Oualidia. The town offers fine sand beaches, safe surfing, and windsurfing or take a ride in a small fishing boat to the south are small sandy coves and rocky cliffs to explore. Check into the hotel. Overnight in Oualidia.

Day 14: Oualidia – Casablanca:

Right after your breakfast, our driver will meet you at the reception of your hotel. Our journey will take us from Oualidia to Casablanca. Once in Casablanca, we will See the most important sights of the city. Named “White House” by a group of Spanish and Portuguese sailors who marveled at the city back in time. Today, Casablanca is a bustling city of boulevards and modern infrastructure. Along our sightseeing, we will walk around the Habous district, where the small squares and narrow arcade streets provide a fine example of contemporary city planning mixed with the maze-like streets of the traditional medina. Furthermore, we continue towards United Nations and the majestic Mohammed V Square. Then, go to the lively Central Market and the surrounding Royal Palace. Explore the colorful Habous Quarter and the Mehkma (Tribunal). Notre Dame de Lourdes cathedral and the famous Hassan II Mosque are also among the historical attractions to visit in Casablanca. Finally, we end up our trip in Casablanca with a pleasant stroll through the residential area of Anfa. Overnight in Casablanca.

Day 15: Transfer to airport:

Upon your flight time, we pick you up from the hotel and drive to airport. Once we drop you off at the airport, we come to the end of your trip in Morocco and end of our services.
