Day 01: Marrakech – Atlas Mountains- Ait Benhaddou- Ouarzazate- Dades Valley:
Morocco experience trip is the perfect way to explore Morocco. We will start our journey from Marrakech heading to our destination Dades. We will cross High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n Tichka pass 2260 metres altitude. This is a panoramic impressive view that provides us with great opportunity to have some fabulous pictures.
In addition, the trip continues further south to the UNESCO heritage – Kasbah Ait Benhaddou. The site is one of the most exotic and best-preserved Kasbahs in the entire Atlas region. Again, it is known for being the best area for Hollywood movies such: Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia. so, we will walk through the castle, and have lunch.
Later on, we continue our route towards Dades via the city of Ouarzazate, Skoura oasis and Rose valley. Overnight at hotel in Dades Valley. Morocco experience
Day 02: Dades valley- Todra Gorges – Merzouga (camp in desert):
Enjoy the breakfast and then luggage collected to leave for Sahara Desert. So, we re-start our trip visiting Todra Gorges which is a fabulous natural site worth seeing and having a walk through. After so, we make it to Sahara Desert via Erfoud – known for being the capital of dates and fossils.
Upon our arrival at Merzouga, we switch the car for dromedaries and get ready for adventure mesmerizing the charm of the golden dunes of Merzouga, enjoying the sceneries of the area. The sunset view on top of the dunes will be the best experience ever. At the camp, you will be received with a cup of tea for local’s hospitality. Dinner and breakfast will be served in your luxury camp. The tents are well equipped with all needs.
Day 03: Sahara Desert Sightseeing:
within this Morocco experience trip, you are bound to get up early morning to enjoy a spectacular sunrise. After so, back to the camp for breakfast and shower, then get ready for a free day around Sahara Desert. Today is a unique opportunity to visit “Gnaoua village” to entertain you with their authentic instruments. Later on, we drive deep in the Desert for a panoramic view that shows the contrast of golden dunes with black volcanic rocks. In addition, a cup of tea with nomad family is worth to explore the way they survive and feel the harshness of life for being a nomad. We follow our path to explore the abandoned coal mine before we drive back to the village of Merzouga for lunch. Back to the hotel for free time. Night in the hotel. Morocco experience
Day 04: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Agdez – Ouarzazate:
Our Morocco experience itinerary is taking us to Ouarzazate. The journey will take us through the former city of Sijilmassa where we will have a walk through its old souk. Later on, we continue along Berber villages like Alnif and Nkoub. We will stop for lunch in one of the local restaurants before we cross the palm trees grove of Draa. Furthermore, the adventure persists with a panoramic view in Agdez and the breath-taking landscapes of Anti Atlas Mountains. Finnally, late afternoon we arrive at Ouarzazate. Check into your hotel. Day 05: Ouarzazate – High Atlas – Marrakech:
Get up in the morning, have your breakfast and get ready to leave Ouarzazate. Before we leave, a short tour through the city is inevitable. Kasbah Taourirt, Cinema Museum as well as Atlas Studio are within our bucket-list. Moreover, we will take our way through the windy road of Atlas Mountains to Marrakech. Early afternoon, arrive at Marrakech and end of our Morocco experience service.
