1. About Morocco Vibrant Tours
These Terms & Conditions apply to private travel arrangements provided by Société Morocco Vibrant Tours SARL AU, a company registered in Morocco under Company ID (ICE) 002218346000024.

2. Personalized Travel Arrangements
Morocco Vibrant Tours specializes in private journeys arranged according to the preferences of each group.
Trip duration, destinations, accommodation, transport, activities and other travel services may vary between bookings.
The specific services included in your journey will be described in your individual written itinerary or booking proposal.
Any services not included in the agreed proposal are not automatically included in the trip price.
3. Inquiries and Quotations
Submitting a website inquiry, completing our travel quiz or requesting itinerary examples does not create a confirmed booking.
After receiving your request, we may contact you to discuss your travel preferences and prepare an individual proposal.
A quotation is subject to the availability of accommodation, transportation and other relevant services until the booking is confirmed.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when:
- The traveler or group representative has accepted the proposed itinerary, price and applicable booking conditions.
- The required 25% deposit has been received.
- Morocco Vibrant Tours has provided written booking confirmation.
Any material changes agreed before confirmation should be reflected in the final booking details.
5. Deposit and Payment
To secure a private journey, Morocco Vibrant Tours requires a deposit equal to 25% of the agreed total trip price.
This deposit is used to arrange and secure services for the group, including advance reservations with accommodation providers, transportation companies and other local suppliers.
These reservations may require advance payments or non-refundable commitments.
For this reason, the 25% deposit is generally non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed, subject to applicable mandatory law and the specific exceptions described in these Terms.
The remaining 75% is payable according to the schedule agreed with Morocco Vibrant Tours.
Payment of the remaining balance may be arranged before travel or upon arrival in Morocco, but must be completed no later than the agreed payment deadline and before the commencement of services for which payment is due.
Payment instructions and the applicable currency will be communicated directly by Morocco Vibrant Tours.
6. Cancellation by the Traveler
We understand that travel plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel your journey, please contact us as soon as possible by email.
The 25% booking deposit is generally non-refundable because it is committed to securing advance reservations and travel arrangements for your group.
This policy is subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights and any written exception agreed by Morocco Vibrant Tours.
Important — additional payments: The treatment of any payments made beyond the initial 25% deposit must be clearly stated in the individual booking confirmation before those additional amounts become due.
No additional non-refundable charges should be imposed retrospectively without prior disclosure and agreement.
7. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to change your travel dates, group size or itinerary after confirmation, please contact us as early as possible.
We will review the requested changes and explain whether they can be accommodated.
Changes may affect the trip price or availability of reserved services.
Any additional costs or changes to previously paid deposits will be communicated before you confirm the modification.
8. Cancellation or Material Changes by Morocco Vibrant Tours
If Morocco Vibrant Tours is unable to provide a confirmed journey or must make a material change to the agreed services, we will inform the group as soon as reasonably possible.
We will discuss available alternatives where appropriate.
If the company cancels the trip and no suitable alternative is agreed, refunds and other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the agreed booking conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Accommodation, Transport and Activities
Accommodation, transport, guides and activities will be arranged according to the services specified in your individual booking.
Some travel services are provided by independent local suppliers.
Availability, operational circumstances, weather or safety conditions may occasionally require adjustments.
We will communicate material changes and seek suitable alternatives when reasonably possible.
10. Travel Documents and Personal Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas and other required travel documents meet the requirements applicable to their individual circumstances.
Travel requirements may change.
Travelers should verify current entry requirements with official authorities before departure.
We recommend suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays and other relevant risks.
11. Health and Safety
Travelers should inform Morocco Vibrant Tours of any relevant accessibility requirements or important travel needs that may affect the arrangements they request.
Travelers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions from guides, drivers and activity providers.
Certain activities may involve inherent risks. Travelers should review relevant information before participating.
12. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control
Unexpected events, including extreme weather, natural disasters, significant transport disruptions or governmental restrictions, may affect travel arrangements.
If such events occur, we will communicate with the group and discuss reasonable alternatives.
Any resulting cancellation, adjustment, refund or other remedy will be determined according to applicable law, the agreed services and relevant supplier arrangements.
13. Responsibility and Applicable Rights
Morocco Vibrant Tours is responsible for providing the services it has agreed to arrange, subject to the applicable contract and law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Complaints and Resolution
If you have a concern about a confirmed booking or a service received during your trip, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can try to address it.

These Terms are subject to applicable Moroccan law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
